IPL 2022: MS Dhoni Attain Second Position To Accomplish Playing In 350 T20 Tournaments

New Delhi, Ex-Captain of Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni: He made a record to become part of 350 T20 matches. On Sunday, he completed 350 matches by playing against Punjab Kings in the current league. The match was held at Brabourne Stadium located in the Mumbai region. 

Players Who Played More Than 300 T20 Matches: 

Moreover, Rohit Sharma attained the opportunity to become part of 372 T20 matches. Rohit Sharma made the record of playing more than 350 matches and became the first one to make this record. While MS Dhoni’s Former India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) teammate attained the second position as a player who played in plus 350 matches. Suresh Raina has played 336 T20 matches.  

Out of the 350 T20 matches played by  MS Dhoni, he represented India in 98 T20 Internationals matches while he played 222 T20 matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as part of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rising Pune Supergiants (SG). 

In Dhoni’s cricket career, the 350th T20 match Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will look forward to registering their first win of the season after facing two consecutive defeats against Kolkata Knight Riders and Lucknow SuperGiants.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni: Mahendra Singh Dhoni took birth on 7 July 1981. He is an Indian professional cricketer who was captain of the Indian national cricket team in limited-overs formats from 2007 to 2017 and in Test cricket from 2008 to 2014. As for his batting style, he follows a right-handed wicket-keeper batting style. Under his leadership, the team reached three ICC trophies including the 2007 ICC World Twenty20, 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, and 2013 ICC Champions Trophy

Under his Leadership, India won the Asia Cup twice, in the 2010 and 2016 seasons. Further, under the captaincy of Dhoni, India also won ICC Test Championship Mace twice, 2010 and 2011 seasons. He proved himself as one of the greatest Captain and Wicket Keeper–Batsmen of all time. He has won numerous awards and recognition throughout his cricket career.
