The new season of the IPL (Indian Premier League) starts today. This year’s edition of the country’s favorite T20 cricket event features two new teams: Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Supergiants.

Reliance Jio is the official partner of all ten teams this time too. The COVID-19 epidemic is also subsiding in the country. As a result, Reliance Jio has introduced new plans for cricket fans who want to watch the competition on their phones or other devices. With the T20 extravaganza, Jio has also revealed additional prizes for the season.

Jio Cricket Plans

Reliance Jio has introduced a new 279 cricket add-on prepaid plan that includes a Disney+ Hotstar subscription. The new Jio recharge pack does not feature voice call perks. Users will receive data as well as an OTT subscription with this plan. The new 279 cricket add-on prepaid Jio package includes a one-year subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Mobile. It also provides 15GB of total high-speed data. According to Reliance Jio, this plan is only offered to a limited number of customers.

Jio Cricket Play Along (JCPA), Jio’s interactive game, will return for IPL 2022 with greater and better benefits for participants. Cricket fans may express their emotions with emoji stickers on the game’s dedicated conversation bar, which is a free-for-all. Cricket-themed quizzes may also pique the interest of trivia buffs.

Users can recharge for Rs 2,999 for 365 days of 2.5GB data per day. In addition, a Rs 601 recharge for 3GB of data per day for 28 days entitles consumers to one year of the same Disney+ Hotstar subscription. A recharge of Rs 1,499 will provide consumers with 2GB of data every day. For Rs 4,199, they can get 3GB of data per day for a year.

Furthermore, JioFiber users on plans 999 and above can watch all matches on their TV screens for free via the Disney+ Hotstar app on JioSTB.
